The Role
As Head Housekeeper you will play a key role in ensuring that the Home has high standards of cleanliness and is a safe homely environment. You will supervise a small team of Housekeeping and Laundry staff and ensure that they are contributing to the best of their ability. As Head Housekeeper you must be flexible and have the ability to manage change to accommodate residents' needs.

About you
As Head Housekeeper you will have previous cleaning experience and an understanding of, and empathy with, the elderly. You will also:
- Have a caring and compassionate nature
- Be flexible and able to adapt to changes to the roster at short notice.
- Confident in supervising a team
- Have good communication skills (both verbal and written) and good IT skills
- Be a self-motivated individual who enjoys a challenge
- Have the willingness to learn
