The Role
As HR Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive, expert advice and guidance to managers across the organisation in a coaching style. You will primarily be supporting Home and Regional Managers with any HR/ER queries alongside the HR Manager and Head of HR in a proactive manner.
You will build and maintain excellent professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders whilst delivering excellent high standards of advice and guidance to Future Care Group with a customer-centric approach.
Ideally, you will hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification and have experience working in a fast-paced, multi-site, high-volume HR support position. This role offers the exciting opportunity to travel across the country to visit and support our homes, overnight stays will occasionally be required with visits to homes 1-2 times per month.

Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will:
- Ideally be qualified to CIPD Level 5
- Have experience working in a high-volume HR support position across multiple sites
- Able to manage time effectively and work well under pressure
- Have excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
- Be able to travel the country visiting and supporting our homes – staying away from home will occasionally be required with visits to homes 1-2 times per month
